I have a scoliosis that is progressing. It was only discovered about 5 years ago. Since April, I was having these pain episodes that woke me in the night, kept me up for hours and really hindered my daily activity. I slept sitting up to try and avoid the pain. I couldn’t sleep on my sides either without triggering the pain. I missed work. I went to 3 different doctors at Kaiser, they all told me it was muscle spasms in my chest and prescribed me muscle relaxers. I have been taking a concerning amount of pain medication and Robaxin (muscle relaxer) since April.

I made an appointment with your office for a massage… I had my massage scheduled with Audra last Friday. Some of it hurt, but she listened to what problems I had been having and worked more on muscles in my chest and upper back. Since leaving your office I haven’t taken any pain medication or Robaxin and for the first time in months I slept through the night, on my back, sides, any position I want. This is a huge relief to me!

Anyway, I want to let you know Audra saved my life (or at least my vacation coming up)! She must be very well trained to be able to target exactly what was wrong. I will make another appointment soon.
